Construction process for fine excavating of rock stratum after reef explosion through underwater grab dredger
The invention relates to a construction process for fine excavating of rock stratum after reef explosion through an underwater grab dredger. The construction process comprises the following specific steps of: before construction, performing water depth measurement on a construction area by adopting a multi-beam detector to confirm an excavation height; after the dredger is parked and positioned, starting an automatic tide level compensation function; positioning a grab bucket by utilizing grids drawn in CAD drawing software; and forming a foundation trench after the dredger puts down the grab bucket to conduct fixed-depth flat digging on rock after reef explosion. By analyzing the comprehensive working condition and the control system of the dredger, the fine excavation method for the rock stratum after reef explosion through the dredger is provided, i.e., on the basis of the flat excavation working condition, a system for a tide level difference automatic compensation device is developed, a striping, segmenting and layering fine construction mode is carried out, thus, it is achieved that the grab bucket is kept at a set elevation to carry out flat excavation operation without being influenced by tide level fluctuation, errors caused by tide level fluctuation are reduced or even eliminated as much as possible, and the precision is successfully controlled within 0.5 m.
本发明是一种水下抓斗挖泥船精挖炸礁后岩层的施工工艺,具体步骤如下:施工前采用多波束探测仪对施工区域进行水深测量,确认开挖高度;挖泥船驻位和定位完成后,开启自动潮位补偿功能;利用在CAD绘图软件中绘制的网格对抓斗进行定位;挖泥船下抓进行定深平挖炸礁后岩石的操作形成基槽。本发明通过对挖泥船综合工况及控制系统进行分析,提出了挖泥船针对炸礁后岩层的精挖方法,即在平挖工况基础上,开发对潮位差自动补偿装置系统,并进行分条、分段、分层的精细化施工方式,实现了抓斗恒定在设定标高进行平挖作业,而不受潮位涨落影响,尽可能减少甚至消除了因此产生的误差,成功的将精度控制在0.5m以内。
