Tunnel drainage pipe dredging robot
The invention discloses a tunnel drainage pipe dredging robot. The tunnel drainage pipe dredging robot can effectively scrape solids on the inner wall of a drainage pipe, and therefore the dredging frequency of the drainage pipe is reduced. The tunnel drainage pipe dredging robot comprises a rack, a travelling module and a scraper module; a large travelling gear, a conveying pipe and a suction pipe are installed in the rack; the large travelling gear is assembled with a first rotor, the first rotor is driven by a first stator to rotate, and the large travelling gear drives a travelling crawler belt of the travelling module to operate through a clutch gear so as to achieve travelling; one end of the conveying pipe penetrates out of the rack, the other end of the conveying pipe is installed in one end of the suction pipe and can be circumferentially and rotationally assembled with the suction pipe, the suction pipe is installed in the rack, the other end of the suction pipe is fixedly assembled with a scraper disc of the scraper module, and a second rotor sleeves the suction pipe and is driven by a second stator to rotate; a scraper is eccentrically installed on the scraper disc, clings to the inner wall of the drainage pipe, and is driven to scrape the inner wall of the drainage pipe when the scraper disc rotates circumferentially; and negative pressure exists in the suction pipe and is used for sucking sundries scraped off by the scraper into the conveying pipe to be output.
