The invention provides a tunnel drainage pipe dredging device and method.The device comprises a robot, the robot comprises a plurality of pipe joints, and the pipe joints are flexibly connected to form a shell of the robot; the cutter head is arranged at the front end of the shell, and the cutter head is used for grinding and breaking the blockage body of the tunnel drainage pipe; the high-pressure water outlet is formed in the cutter head, and the high-pressure water outlet is communicated with a high-pressure water supply device; when the cutterhead rotates, high-pressure water flows to the high-pressure water outlet from the high-pressure water supply device to form high-pressure water jet flow, the blocking body is pre-cut, and cutting objects ground by the cutterhead are flushed out of the drainage pipe; and the supporting shoe mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the shell and used for providing operation supporting force for the cutterhead. The dredging operation can be effectively performed, the working efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, and the dredging method is convenient to implement.
