The invention provides an anti-falling device for a T-shaped steel guide rail. The anti-falling device comprises a main body, a movable body, a hinge seat and a locking component, wherein the main body comprises a first fixed part and a second fixed part; the movable body comprises a movable part and a trigger part; the movable part can horizontally move towards the second fixed part; the locking component is provided with a first movable end and a second movable end; the first movable end is positioned in a cavity groove, and the second movable end is positioned in a first interval; the locking component can move along with the movable part, and meanwhile, the second movable end is screwed into the cavity groove, and the first movable end is screwed into the first interval; the guide rail moves along the plumb line direction; and a flange plate is positioned in the first interval and a second interval. The trigger part moves towards the direction far away from the movable part due to friction force and downward impact force, so that the first movable end is driven to be screwed into the first interval and be close to the second fixed part, and the flange plate of the guide rail is fixedly clamped between the first movable end and the second fixed part. Therefore, the aim of preventing the guide rail from falling is achieved.
