The invention provides a guide rail clamp anti-falling device. The guide rail clamp anti-falling device comprises a wall-attached base, a guide rail and a clamp anti-falling unit, wherein, the wall-attached base is fixedly arranged on a wall body; the inner part of the guide rail is hollow and the end face, close to the wall body, of the guide rail is provided with an opening part penetrating through the end face, and the end, away from the wall body, of the wall-attached base penetrates through the opening part and is in sliding or rolling connection with the inner surface of the guide rail; the clamp anti-falling unit is arranged at the end, close to the ground, of the wall-attached base and comprises a fixing mechanism, a sliding mechanism and a locking mechanism; one end of the fixing mechanism is rotationally connected with the wall-attached base, and the other end of the fixing mechanism extends into the guide rail; the sliding mechanism is slidably connected with the fixing mechanism, the end, away from the wall body, of the sliding mechanism also penetrates through the opening part to extend into the guide rail, and the surface of the end is selectively slidably connected with the inner surface of the guide rail; the locking mechanism is rotatably connected with the fixing mechanism or the sliding mechanism; and when the guide rail falls, the sliding mechanism enables the fixing mechanism and the locking mechanism to abut against the guide rail.
