The invention relates to a horizontal moving hanging basket which comprises a track, a pulley, a hanging basket body and a driving assembly; a plurality of hanging columns are arranged on the hanging basket body; the pulley is arranged at the top ends of the hanging columns; the pulley is arranged on the track in a sliding mode; and the driving assembly is used for driving the pulley to move along the track. According to the horizontal moving hanging basket, a traditional movable hanging basket device is modified and deeply designed, and the horizontal moving hanging basket has the advantages of being light in weight, convenient to install, convenient and fast to move, capable of moving back and forth and beneficial to accelerating the construction progress due to the fact that an electric driving mode and a movable driving mode are combined. By adopting a novel horizontal moving hanging basket device, the construction progress of a honeycomb aluminum plate or a fireproof coating at the bottom of a cantilever structure can be greatly accelerated.
