The concrete pouring flow guide device comprises a flow guide part and a mounting seat for being fixed on an external mounting position; the flow guide part is in threaded fit with the mounting seat, so that the flow guide part can move in a first direction relative to the mounting seat; in the first direction, one end of the flow guide part is used for allowing concrete to flow into the flow guide part, and the other end of the flow guide part extends to a target position; and the first direction is the length direction of the flow guide part. The invention aims to provide the concrete pouring flow guide device and the sewage treatment pool construction method in order to solve the problems that in the traditional concrete pouring process, concrete is directly discharged into a pool wall, the concrete is separated due to the impact force and the steel reinforcement framework block or exceeds the height when being discharged, and the construction quality is seriously affected.
