The invention relates to a cement silo cleaning device. The cement silo cleaning device comprises a suspension system supported above a feeding port of a cement silo, telescopic supporting legs, a mechanical arm and a power silo cleaning mechanism, wherein the telescopic supporting legs and the mechanical arm are located in the silo and sequentially hoisted below the suspension system, and the power silo cleaning mechanism is installed at the front end of the mechanical arm; the front ends of the telescopic supporting legs can stretch forwards to be supported on the silo wall of the cement silo; the height and the circumferential angle of the mechanical arm are adjustable; after the telescopic supporting legs are supported on the silo wall, the positions of the telescopic supporting legs are not changed, and the power silo cleaning mechanism can clean hardened cement on the silo wall in the silo only by adjusting the position of the mechanical arm in the vertical direction and the angle of the mechanical arm in the circumferential direction; under the dual fixing action of the suspension system and the telescopic supporting legs, the stability and reliability of the cement silo cleaning device are improved; and the mechanical arm can be adjusted up and down, and the hardened cement on the silo bottom and the hardened cement on a pressure reduction cone can be cleaned through the mechanical arm within the adjustable range.
