VARIABLE TYPE CEMENT SILO-MOUNTED PORTABLE PLANT
To provide a variable type cement silo-mounted portable plant solving the problem that, though it has a constitution where, plural cylindrical members are lengthwise extended to expand a volume, since the positional relationship between a cement silo and a mixer is not changed, a distance between a cement silo exhaust part and the mixer is close, a water splash is poured on the exhaust part of the cement silo upon stirring the mixer, and it is reacted with the cement to clog the exhaust part.SOLUTION: In a variable type cement silo-mounted portable plant, a plant frame 3 having a prescribed shape is provided with a mixer stirring at least water and cement to produce cement milk; and a cement silo 2 feeding the cement to the mixer 5, the plant frame 3 is composed so as to be loaded in a conveyance vehicle to be conveyed, the cement silo 2 is fitted so as to be vertically moved with respect to the plant frame 3, and the cement silo 2 is composed so as to switch between the conveyance state in the lower part and the conveyance state in the upper part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来、複数の筒部材を縦に展開させて容積を拡張させる構成であるが、セメントサイロとミキサーの位置関係は変更されないので、セメントサイロ排出部とミキサーとの距離が近く、ミキサーの撹拌時の水跳ねがセメントサイロの排出部にかかり、セメントと反応して排出部を閉塞させるという課題がある。【解決手段】所定形状のプラントフレーム３に、少なくとも、水とセメントとを撹拌してセメントミルクを製造するミキサーと、このミキサー５にセメントを供給するセメントサイロ２とを設け、プラントフレーム３は運搬車に積載して運搬可能に構成し、セメントサイロ２はプラントフレーム３に対して上下移動可能に取付けると共に、セメントサイロ２は下方の運搬状態と、上方の作業状態との間切替自在に構成した可変型セメントサイロ搭載可搬式プラント。【選択図】図１
