The invention discloses a telescopic supporting rod and a formwork supporting frame structure, and relates to the field of buildings. The problems that in slope or storey height special engineering, a specially-made vertical rod or field cutting is needed, and consequently material waste or cost increasing is caused are solved. The telescopic supporting rod comprises a first rod, a second rod, an adjusting ring and a positioning buckle, wherein a plurality of adjusting holes are formed in the side wall of one end of the first rod and symmetrically formed at intervals in the axis direction of the first rod; adjusting clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of one end of the second rod and symmetrically formed in the axis direction of the second rod; after the end, close to the adjusting holes, of the first rod is inserted in the end, close to the adjusting clamping grooves, of the second rod in a bearing manner, at least one pair of symmetrically-formed adjusting holes right faces the symmetrically-formed adjusting clamping grooves; the adjusting ring is arranged on the outer side wall of the end, provided with the adjusting clamping grooves, of the second rod in a position-adjustable manner; and after sequentially penetrating the adjusting holes and the adjusting clamping grooves, one end of the positioning buckle is clamped above the adjusting ring. The telescopic supporting rod has the beneficial effect that the length is adjustable, cost can be reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
