The invention provides a supporting column frame body which comprises a positioning base plate, a support assembly and a force transmission component used for supporting a beam plate, the support assembly comprises a plurality of vertical rods, the vertical rods are connected and fixed through a plurality of horizontal rods, the bottoms of the vertical rods are fixed to the positioning base plate, and the horizontal rods are fixed to the positioning base plate. The force transmission component comprises a formwork laid at the bottom of the beam plate, a primary beam assembly and a secondary beam assembly used for supporting the formwork and adjustable jacking parts arranged on the tops of the vertical rods, the adjustable jacking parts correspond to the vertical rods one to one, and the primary beam assembly and the secondary beam assembly are supported on the adjustable jacking parts. The invention further provides a formwork system and a construction method thereof. According to the method, the temporary supporting column frame body is used and is independently erected, the calculated span of a beam plate structure is reduced, the required strength of form removal is reduced, the service time of a common form supporting frame is shortened, the turnover rate of frame materials is increased, and the structural quality is improved. The method can be applied to a large-span beam plate structure of 8 meters or above in house construction engineering.
