The invention discloses pile casing striking type rapid pulling-out equipment for pile foundation construction of a soft foundation, and belongs to the technical field of highway bridge mechanical equipment. The equipment comprises a protective cylinder body, a supporting assembly, wherein a through hole is formed in the shell in a penetrating manner; a positioning assembly which comprises a positioning ring which is fixedly embedded in the top of the inner cavity of the shell and is provided with an annular groove in the bottom surface; and a knocking assembly which is arranged at the lower half part of the inner cavity of the shell. Before pulling out, the positioning assembly is fixed to the top face of the pile casing, obliquely upward impact force is applied to the fixed clamping plate through a related knocking structure arranged on the annular table, the pressure of equipment on the ground is reduced, acting force is intermittently applied to the equipment, and the attaching acting force of a traditional vertically upward pulling-out pile casing and the inner surface of a foundation pit is reduced. The row-shaped air bags on the two sides are controlled to work in sequence, so that the pile casing is separated from the inner surface of the foundation pit more easily, the pulling force needed for pulling out the pile casing is reduced, the pile casing pulling-out efficiency is improved, and the pile casing pulling-out device can adapt to ground conditions under more conditions.
