The invention provides rapid pulling-out equipment special for a pile casing based on highway bridge pile foundation construction. The rapid pulling-out equipment comprises a bottom plate, a direction adjusting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a support and a lifting piece. The lower end of the bottom plate is fixed to a bottom frame. The lower end of the bottom frame is in shaft connection with moving wheels. The direction adjusting mechanism is fixed on a front wheel rotating shaft; the rotating mechanism is fixed on the bottom plate; the support is coupled to the rotating mechanism; the lifting piece is fixed at the front end of the support; when the equipment is used, a pull rod is pulled to move the equipment to the position of the pile casing, the pile casing is fixed through a locking piece, the right end of a lifting rod is lifted by controlling a power piece, hoisting of the pile casing is completed, a worm gear is driven by a motor to rotate, the support is made to rotate, transferring of the pile casing is completed, and operation is convenient; and the lower end of a lifting rope is fixedly provided with a lifting ring structure, during use, the lifting ring is arranged on a circular ring structure of a fixing ring in a sleeving manner, a locking piece is evenly stressed during lifting, the pile casing is prevented from inclining, the front end of a locking strip is provided with a rubber pad, and the pile casing can be prevented from slipping during fixing.
本发明提供一种基于公路桥梁桩基修建专用护筒快速拔除设备，包括底板、调向机构、转动机构、支架和吊装件；所述底板的下端与底架固定，底架的下端轴接有移动轮；调向机构固定在前轮转轴上；转动机构固定在底板上；支架轴接在转动机构上；吊装件固定在支架的前端；本发明在使用时，拉动拉杆将装置移动至护筒位置处，通过锁紧件对护筒进行固定，通过控制动力件将起重杆右端升起，完成对护筒的起吊，通过电机带动蜗轮转动，使支架转动，完成对护筒的转移，操作方便；吊绳的下端固定有吊环结构，在使用时，将吊环套在固定环上的圆环结构上，使锁紧件在吊起时受力均匀，避免护筒倾斜，且锁紧条的前端设有橡胶垫，能够防止护筒在固定时发生打滑。
