Automatic drainage system of cable working well
The invention provides an automatic drainage system of a cable working well. The automatic drainage system aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, accumulated water in a cable working well cannot be drained in time, a cable is prone to being damaged after being soaked in the accumulated water for a long time, and the accumulated water in the working well can increase the difficulty of cable overhaul and live detection and increase the operation time cost and labor cost. The automatic drainage system comprises a water collecting well; a drainage device is arranged in the water collecting well; the water collecting well sequentially comprises an original soil layer, a backfill soil layer, a drainage ditch and an inner edge well from outside to inside; a water storage layer is arranged in the backfill soil layer; the drainage device comprises a water pump and a liquid level sensor; a water outlet of the water pump is connected with one end of a drainage pipe; the other end of the drainage pipe extends to the original soil layer through the water storage layer; the water pump is connected with a power supply; and the liquid level sensor adjusts the opening or closing of the water pump through a control loop. When the water level in the well exceeds a set threshold value, the water pump can be automatically started to conduct drainage operation, and accumulated water in the working well can be drained in time.
本发明为了克服现有技术中电缆工井内积水无法及时排除,电缆长时间浸泡在积水中易产生损伤,以及工井内积水会增大电缆检修及带电检测难度,增加作业时间成本和人力成本的技术问题,提供一种电缆工井自动排水系统,包括集水井,集水井内设有排水装置,集水井由外向内依次包括原始土壤层、回填土层、排水沟和内沿井,回填土层中设有贮水层,排水装置包括水泵和液位传感器,水泵的出水口连接有排水管的一端,排水管的另一端经贮水层延伸至原始土壤层,水泵与电源相连,液位传感器经控制回路调节水泵的开启或关闭。本申请中井内水位超过设定阈值时水泵可自动启动进行排水操作,工井内的积水可及时排出。
