The invention provides an automatic drainage device and system for a cable manhole, the automatic drainage device comprises a photovoltaic power supply unit, a PLC control unit, a water level sensing unit, a temperature monitoring unit and a remote monitoring unit, the photovoltaic power supply unit comprises a photovoltaic charging panel and a direct current storage battery, and the photovoltaic power supply unit is connected with the PLC control unit; the water level sensing unit is configured to detect the water level in the well and transmit water level information to the PLC control unit; the PLC control unit controls drainage according to the water level information, and regulates and controls low-voltage automatic locking of the storage battery and automatic charging of the photovoltaic charging panel; the temperature monitoring unit is configured to detect the temperature of each point in the well in real time; and the remote monitoring unit is configured to remotely monitor the change condition of the water level in the well and perform early warning according to the condition. The automatic drainage system comprises the automatic drainage device. The water level in the well and the operation condition of the device can be monitored in real time, and early warning is conducted in time.
