Plastering head
The invention provides a plastering head. The plastering head comprises a frame, a forming plate, a turning and pressing mechanism, a buckling mechanism, a spring damping mechanism, a scraping plate and a material pipe support, and the frame provides a fixed housing for the entire plastering head; the forming plate is used for realizing the bonding of a plastering medium on the wall, and the forming plate can be overturned on the frame; a wedge-shaped space is formed between the forming plate and the wall surface; the turning and pressing mechanism is connected with the forming plate and used for driving the forming plate to be turned and pressed forwards when the forming plate is shored to a ceiling during plastering operation, so that the forming plate is parallel to the wall surface, and internal corner plastering operation is achieved; the buckling mechanism is used for fixing the position of the turned and pressed forming plate; the spring damping mechanism is hinged to the turning and pressing mechanism and enables the forming plate to automatically reset after turning and pressing; the scraping plate is arranged below the forming plate, and plastering and scraping are carried out synchronously; and the material pipe support is arranged on the forming plate and used for supporting and fixing a material pipe, so that a discharging port is formed above the forming plate, and the plastering medium is conveyed in real time. According to the plastering head, the number of components is small, the size is small, and the procedures of feeding, flattening, wall mounting, scraping and the like of plastering operation are automatically achieved in a small space.
