Plastering tool head
The invention provides a plastering tool head which comprises a fixed frame, a movable plate, a plastering plate, an overturning electric cylinder and a hinge piece, the movable plate and the overturning electric cylinder are arranged on the fixed frame, and the overturning electric cylinder is located above the movable plate; the plastering plate is arranged at the front end of the movable plate through a hinge piece, and an included angle is formed between the plastering plate and the movable plate. A telescopic rod of the overturning electric cylinder is connected with the back face of the plastering plate. According to the plastering tool head, multi-angle and free position adjustment can be conducted on the plastering plate, and after a plastering machine robot moving unit conducts coarse positioning, accurate adjustment of parameters such as the angle and the distance between the plastering tool head and the wall face is completed through data feedback of a sensor. Therefore, the requirement for the movement precision of the moving unit of the plastering robot in the plastering process can be lowered, the positioning time is shortened, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the cost is lowered. In addition, the plastering plate is freely adjusted, so that the connection precision among a plurality of plastering surfaces can be improved, and the plastered wall surface has higher flatness.
