The invention discloses a waste concrete mixture recycling method, and the method comprises the steps: uniformly dispersing perfluoroethyl acrylate in water, adding nano-silica, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 h at the ultrasonic power of 300-500 W, carrying out spray drying, adding the mixture into an ethanol aqueous solution, sequentially adding an emulsifier and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate under the stirring state, carrying out stirring, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain the concrete reinforcing agent; crushing waste concrete, performing screening by adopting a vibrating screen with the grading of 10-20, adding a concrete reinforcing agent after screening, performing drying, and standing for 2-4 days to obtain pretreated waste concrete; uniformly stirring natural latex, bentonite, an organic flocculant and a high-efficiency water reducing agent at normal temperature, adding polyacrylonitrile fibers, and performing continuous stirring to obtain a premix; uniformly mixing the pretreated waste concrete, the premix, the steel slag and the cement at normal temperature, adding the sand, the additive and the water, and performing stirring to obtain the premixed concrete.
