The invention relates to active powder concrete with large mixing amount of solid waste and a preparation and use method of the active powder concrete. The active powder concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60-100 parts of a cementing material, 10 to 30 parts of fly ash, 1 to 10 parts of silica fume, 30 to 60 parts of granite saw mud, 80 to 160 parts of gold tailings, 0.02-0.05 part of an expanding agent, and high-strength fibers with a volumetric mixing amount of 0.5-2%. The method has the characteristics that a large amount of industrial solid waste is doped, the granite sawing mud with a large specific surface area and a certain activity index is used for replacing ground quartz powder, the gold tailing sand with high strength is used for replacing fine quartz sand as an aggregate, and a small amount of silica fume is used for filling accumulation pores of the granite sawing mud and the cementing material, so the prepared active powder concrete has the advantages of small particle accumulation porosity, high compactness, low preparation cost, high industrial waste resource utilization degree, environment friendliness, high strength, good external environment erosion resistance, simple preparation method and the like.
