Foamed ceramic prepared by using granite saw mud as base material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a foamed ceramic prepared by using granite saw mud as a base material and a preparation method thereof, the foamed ceramic is formed by stacking and sintering a plurality of sheets, the base materials of the sheets are granite saw mud, a foam stabilizer containing alumina and a lightweight filler, a sheet binder is arranged between the sheets, and the sheet binder comprises crushed crude pearlite. The foamed ceramic is subjected to high-temperature foaming in a multi-sheet stacked firing manner, mutual reaction among the sheets is promoted through the green body binding agent, and the specific gravity of the green body is reduced through the light filler so that the foaming expansion rate of the foamed ceramic is reduced; and the foam stabilizer is utilized to enable the foamed ceramic to uniformly expand and keep a certain shape in the foaming process, so that collapse caused by huge deformation of the foamed ceramic green body in the foaming process is prevented, and high-temperature foaming of the foamed ceramic under the condition of no mold frame is met.
