When the first board body is installed, the hoop is installed on the stand column firstly, and after the hoop is fixed, the inserting rod is controlled to be inserted into the positioning ring, so that it is not needed to hold the board body by hand and then tighten the hoop, the operation is simple and convenient, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
