LED LED UNIT FOR ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNBOARD AND ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNBOARD Assembly INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an LED unit for a road traffic signboard, and an objective of the present invention is to provide an LED unit for a road traffic signboard, which can illuminate a road traffic signboard and focus the LED light on the road traffic signboard by irradiating the LED light to the road traffic signboard, enhance visibility through illumination of the entire area of the road traffic signboard, allow for the replacement of components other than the LEDs, and enable illumination of the road traffic signboard even during replacement work. The LED unit for a road traffic signboard according to the present invention includes: a reflector (10) assembled around the periphery of the road traffic signboard; and LEDs (20) illuminating the road traffic signboard by irradiating light. The reflector comprises: a fixed part (11) having a straight cross-section which overlaps one or more of the front and back sides of the road traffic signboard and is fixed by fasteners; a reflective part (12) extending from the fixed part and curved such that an inner surface faces the road traffic signboard to reflect the light from the LEDs towards the road traffic sign; and an LED mounting part (13) connected to the fixed part or the reflective part and protruding forward for mounting the LEDs.
본 발명은 도로교통 표지판용 LED 유니트에 관한 것으로, 도로교통 표지판에 LED의 빛을 조사하여 조명하고 LED 빛을 도로교통 표지판에 집중시키고 도로교통 표지판의 전영역에 대한 조명을 통해 시인성을 향상하며 또한, LED를 제외한 구성의 교체가 가능하도록 하고 이러한 교체 작업 시에도 도로교통 표지판을 조명할 수 있는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 도로교통 표지판용 LED 유니트는, 도로교통 표지판의 둘레부에 조립되는 반사판(10)과; 빛을 조사하여 상기 도로교통 표지판을 조명하는 LED(20)를 포함하고, 상기 반사판은 상기 도로교통 표지판의 전면과 배면 중 일측 이상에 겹쳐지면서 체결구를 통해 고정되는 직선 단면의 고정부(11), 상기 고정부에서 연장되며 안쪽면이 상기 도로교통 표지판을 향하도록 곡선형으로 형성되어 상기 LED의 빛을 상기 도로교통 표지판으로 반사하는 반사부(12), 상기 고정부 또는 반사부에 연결되면서 전방을 향해 돌출 형성되며 상기 LED가 장착되는 LED 장착부(13)를 포함한다.
