The invention relates to a grouting plugging method suitable for a large karst cave under a high-flow-rate flowing water condition, which comprises the following steps: 1, forming a grouting hole, namely drilling by using drilling equipment to form the grouting hole and a mounting hole. 2, mounting a cloth bag device, arranging the lower end of the cloth bag device in the mounting hole, and arranging the upper end of the cloth bag device in the grouting hole; 3, conducting grouting and pre-plugging, and injecting grout into the geotechnical cloth bag; 4, conducting feeding hole forming, specifically, conducting drilling on the upstream of the high-flow-speed flowing water through drilling equipment, and forming a feeding hole; 5, putting soft and hard aggregates, and putting the soft and hard aggregates into the karst cave through a feeding pipe; 6, grouting and plugging a feeding hole, and injecting cement-water glass double slurry into the feeding hole; 7, conducting high-pressure grouting hole forming, specifically, drilling the solidified grout in the geotechnical cloth bag through to form the high-pressure grouting hole; and 8, conducting high-pressure grouting, specifically, conducting high-pressure grouting in the high-pressure grouting holes. The method has the advantages of reasonable step design, good construction, good plugging effect, good plugging reliability and the like.
