The invention provides a bag grouting plugging method for a large-size leakage channel under the flowing water condition, and belongs to the technical field of karst high-speed flowing water plugging of refuse landfills. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring parameters of a seepage channel, quickly plugging a large-size flowing water seepage channel by utilizing bag grouting, and plugging a front gap and a rear gap between a bag plugging object and the seepage channel by utilizing secondary grouting. According to the method, the geometrical characteristics of a leakage channel are detected, the shape of a bag is designed, the bag and a bag grouting pipe are prepared through environment-friendly degradable materials, the bag is utilized to block the large-size flowing water channel to the maximum extent, then secondary grouting is carried out through a slow flow area formed by the bag, the large-size flowing water channel can be completely blocked, and the anti-seepage requirement is met; the method is simple and easy to implement and high in adaptability, and the grouting plugging anti-seepage problem of the large-size karst leakage channel of the refuse landfill is solved from the technical level.
