The invention provides a PC wallboard, a building body with the same and an assembling method of the PC wallboard. A steel sleeve is pre-buried in the first connecting side of the PC wallboard, a mounting groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the steel sleeve, of the inner side face of a concrete plate body, and a first threaded sleeve is pre-buried in the second connecting side. A second threaded sleeve is pre-buried in the top connecting end, a grouting sleeve is pre-buried in the bottom connecting end, and a grouting hole is reserved in the position, corresponding to a grouting opening of the grouting sleeve, of the concrete plate body. The PC wallboard is prefabricated in a factory and then transported to a construction site to be assembled; during assembling, only a simple and convenient lifting appliance and a temporary support are needed, simple manual operation (such as bolt tightening and concrete pouring into the grouting hole) is needed, operation such as mold making, pouring and maintaining on site is not needed, the mounting speed can be increased, and the labor cost can be reduced; and meanwhile, the problems of dust pollution, noise pollution and the like during construction are avoided.
本发明提供了一种PC墙板、具有该墙板的建筑体及其拼装方法。其中，PC墙板的第一连接侧预埋有钢套筒，混凝土板体的内侧面对应于钢套筒的位置开设有安装槽，第二连接侧预埋有第一螺纹套筒。顶部连接端预埋有第二螺纹套筒，底部连接端预埋有灌浆套筒，并且，混凝土板体对应灌浆套筒灌浆口的位置预留有灌浆孔。本发明的PC墙板在工厂里预制，然后运输至施工现场进行拼装；拼装时，只需借助简便的吊具和临时支撑，以及简单的人工操作(如拧紧螺栓以及往灌浆孔内灌入混凝土)，无需在现场进行制模、浇筑和养护等操作，有利于加快安装速度以及降低人工成本；同时，施工时也不存在粉尘污染、噪音污染等问题。
