A prefabricated pier plastic hinge structure capable of being quickly replaced after an earthquake relates to the technical field of bridge engineering and comprises a pier and a bearing platform arranged at the bottom end of the pier, the pier comprises a non-plastic hinge area located on the upper portion and a plastic hinge area located on the lower portion and composed of a plastic hinge structure, the plastic hinge structure comprises a prefabricated stiff framework connected between the lower end of the non-plastic hinge area and the upper end of the bearing platform, an assembly type prefabricated energy dissipation protection layer arranged on the periphery of the prefabricated stiff framework, and a self-resetting energy dissipation device which penetrates through the prefabricated energy dissipation protection layer in the longitudinal direction and is fixedly connected with a steel plate A and a steel plate B of the prefabricated stiff framework. The bridge pier can still keep the using function after an earthquake or can recover the using function through simple repairing, and the repairing process can be rapidly completed by replacing the prefabricated parts.
