The combined integral composite stopper rod comprises a stopper head, a transition section, a stopper body and an inner cavity formed inside the inner axis of the stopper body, wherein a slag line reinforcing sleeve is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the stopper body, the slag line reinforcing sleeve is embedded in the outer wall of the stopper body through fire clay, the thickness is 10-30 millimeter, the height is 200-500 millimeter, and the material is one of an aluminum-carbon material, a spinel material, a magnesium-carbon material or a zirconium-carbon material. According to the combined integral composite stopper rod and the preparation method thereof, the slag line reinforcing sleeve is embedded in the slag line part of the stopper body, so that the stress borne by the whole stopper body in the use process is reduced, sleeves made of different materials can be adopted according to the erosion mechanism of a covering agent during field use, the slag line part of the stopper body is effectively prevented from being eroded by the covering agent, and the phenomenon that a stopper body of a traditional stopper is fractured due to vibration of a tundish mechanism, crusting of a covering agent and thinning caused by erosion of a slag line is enhanced.
本发明属于连铸功能耐火材料技术领域,公开了一种组合整体复合塞棒及其制备方法,组合整体复合塞棒包括棒头、过渡段、棒身和设于棒身内部轴心的内腔,棒身外圆周壁设有渣线加强套,渣线加强套通过火泥镶嵌在所述棒身的外壁,其厚度为10‑30mm,高度为200‑500mm,材质为铝碳材质、尖晶石材质、镁碳材质或锆碳材质中的一种。本发明在塞棒本体渣线部位镶嵌渣线加强套,不仅减小了使用过程中整体塞棒本体承受的应力,还可针对现场使用时覆盖剂的侵蚀机理采用不同材质的套管,有效避免了覆盖剂对塞棒本体渣线部位的侵蚀,增强了传统塞棒因中包机构震动、覆盖剂结壳、渣线侵蚀变细而导致的塞棒本体断裂的现象。
