Functional ceramic membrane material for high-temperature flue gas purification and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a functional ceramic membrane material for high-temperature flue gas purification, which comprises the following steps of: forming fiber membrane slurry by adopting a negative pressure suction filtration method to obtain a catalyst carrier; loading catalyst slurry into a pore channel of the catalyst carrier by adopting a suction filtration method to obtain a ceramic functional membrane preform; and drying and calcining the ceramic functional membrane preform to obtain the functional ceramic membrane material for high-temperature flue gas purification. The fiber membrane slurry comprises silica sol and/or alumina sol, the catalyst slurry comprises first precursor salt, cerous nitrate and water, and the first precursor salt is one or more of copper nitrate, ferric nitrate, manganese nitrate or manganese acetate. According to the invention, a catalyst carrier preparation process and a catalyst loading process are combined, so that the preparation period is greatly shortened, and the prepared material is uniform in catalyst loading and does not block pore channels.
本发明公开了一种高温烟气净化用功能性陶瓷膜材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:采用负压抽滤法使纤维膜浆料成型,得到催化剂载体;采用抽滤法将催化剂浆料负载至催化剂载体孔道内,得到陶瓷功能膜预制体;将陶瓷功能膜预制体烘干、煅烧,得到高温烟气净化用功能性陶瓷膜材料;其中,所述纤维膜浆料包括硅溶胶和/或铝溶胶,所述催化剂浆料包括第一前驱体盐、硝酸铈和水,所述第一前驱体盐为硝酸铜、硝酸铁、硝酸锰或醋酸锰中的一种或多种。本发明将催化剂载体制备工艺和催化剂负载工艺相结合,大幅缩短了制备周期,且制得的材料催化剂负载均匀,不会堵塞孔道。
