The invention relates to the technical field of concrete curing agents, in particular to a concrete curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15 to 35 parts of potassium silicate, 0.02 to 0.06 part of penetrant, 1 to 5 parts of surfactant, 1.5 to 3.6 parts of coagulant, 1.8 to 5.6 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 30 to 35 parts of polyacrylamide, 3 to 9 parts of silicon nitride, 2 to 9 parts of silicon carbide, 3.6 to 8.7 parts of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 6 to 16 parts of silicon dioxide and the balance of water. According to the concrete curing agent and the preparation method thereof, the curing effect of the curing agent can be remarkably improved, the input cost is low, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the curing agent are enhanced, so that the quality of a concrete building is improved.
