Transverse retaining shoulder reinforced damping fastener
The transverse retaining shoulder reinforced vibration reduction fastener. The fastener comprises a lower iron base plate, a middle elastic cushion, an upper iron base plate, two steel rail transverse limiting structures and a damping unit, wherein the middle elastic cushion is clamped by the upper iron base plate and the lower iron base plate; each steel rail transverse limiting structure comprises a blocking shoulder, a blocking table and a cushion block, the blocking shoulders and the blocking tables are arranged on the lower iron base plate and the upper iron base plate respectively, and the cushion blocks are clamped by the blocking shoulders and the blocking tables and generate elastic deformation; the damping unit is a piezoelectric unit body and/or a damper, the piezoelectric unit body comprises piezoelectric particles and conductive particles which are dispersed in the middle elastic cushion, the damper penetrates through the middle elastic cushion, and an upper end and a lower end of the damper are connected with the upper iron cushion plate and the lower iron cushion plate respectively. The fastener is advantaged in that on the basis that the transverse rigidity of the fastener is improved through the steel rail transverse limiting structure, the damping unit is further arranged between the upper iron base plate and the lower iron base plate, vibration energy of the steel rail is consumed through the damping unit, and the vibration impact buffering capacity of the fastener is further improved.
