Transverse limiting and damping fastener
The invention belongs to the technical field of vibration reduction fasteners, and particularly relates to a transverse limiting and damping fastener. The fastener comprises a lower iron base plate, an upper iron base plate, a composite self-locking structure and a transverse limiting structure; and a bolt hole boss is arranged on the lower iron base plate; the upper iron base plate is located on the lower iron base plate, and the upper iron base plate and the lower iron base plate are synchronously fixed through anchor bolts; a damping pad is fixedly mounted on the lower iron base plate; an upper iron retaining shoulder is arranged on the upper iron base plate; a lower iron retaining shoulder is arranged on the lower iron base plate; and a limiting wear-resisting piece is placed on the lower iron retaining shoulder, makes contact with the upper iron retaining shoulder and is extruded by the upper iron retaining shoulder. A composite self-locking structure is adopted, and pre-assembly and disassembly of the fastener and adjustment of the pre-tightening force between the upper iron base plate and the lower iron base plate can be achieved by rotating the self-locking ring at the top of the composite self-locking structure. The damping fastener is good in damping performance and stability and convenient to disassemble and maintain.
