The invention provides a closestool flushing system with a water tank. The closestool flushing system comprises the water tank, a pressure pump, a water inlet pipeline and a flushing pipeline; the water inlet pipeline is connected with the water inlet of the water tank, and a section of open air suction port is formed in the joint of the water inlet pipeline and the water inlet; and the water outlet of the water tank is connected with the flushing pipeline through the pressure pump. According to the closestool flushing system with the water tank, a better vacuum breaking effect can be achieved, and water in the water tank is effectively prevented from flowing back. The invention further provides a closestool. The closestool flushing system is used in the closestool.
