The invention discloses an assembly type house and an assembling method. The assembly type house comprises a prefabricated landfill column, a prefabricated supporting column, a prefabricated ground beam, a prefabricated upper beam, a prefabricated cross beam and a prefabricated floor slab. The section of the prefabricated landfill column is approximately in a T shape, a plurality of stretching ribs are pre-arranged in the middle of the top face of the prefabricated landfill column, and a plurality of first connecting steel plates are pre-buried at the four-edge break angles of the top face of the prefabricated landfill column; the bottom of the prefabricated supporting column is provided with a supporting column connecting block, the supporting column connecting block is of a structure close to a quadrangular frustum pyramid with a narrow lower part and a wide upper part, the periphery of the supporting column connecting block is provided with stretching rib inserting holes corresponding to the stretching ribs, and second connecting steel plates are further embedded in the peripheries of the stretching rib inserting holes; third connecting steel plates corresponding to the first connecting steel plates are pre-embedded in the folding corners of the four sides of the bottom face of the supporting column connecting block; and the prefabricated supporting column is connected to the upper portion of the prefabricated landfill column through the supporting column connecting block of the prefabricated supporting column. The prefabricated house has the advantages of being easy and convenient to install, low in cost, good in effect and the like when being used for assembling the prefabricated house.
本发明公开了一种装配式房屋及装配方法，包括预制填埋柱、预制支撑柱、预制地梁、预制上梁、预制横梁和预制楼板；所述预制填埋柱的剖面呈近“T”字形，其顶面中部预设有若干伸筋，其顶面的四边折角处预埋有若干第一连接钢板；所述预制支撑柱底部设有支柱连接块，所述支柱连接块呈下窄上宽的近四棱台结构，其四周对应所述伸筋开设有伸筋插孔，所述伸筋插孔外周还预埋有第二连接钢板；所述支柱连接块的底面的四边折角处对应所述第一连接钢板预埋有第三连接钢板；所述预制支撑柱通过其支柱连接块连接在所述预制填埋柱上部。使用本发明进行装配式房屋装配具有安装简便、成本低廉且效果好等优点。
