ASSEMBLING-TYPE CABIN, AND ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING-TYPE CABIN
To provide an assembling-type cabin and its assembly method, which enables prevention of the leaning of walls even simplifying the structure, and also enables improvement of the workability in the assembly.SOLUTION: An assembling-type cabin 1 comprises at least a pair of opposing first walls 3 and second walls 4 formed extending over the pair of the first walls 3, and is built to have its entire figure of an approximate quadrangular hollow prism T. A second wall 4 is built with its each end being detachably engaged respectively to each of the pair of the first walls 3 at the two edges on each of the walls 3 which form a designated corner. The second wall 4 is built being bendable into L-shape at the designated corner of the pair of first walls 3. Each of multiple types of walls constituting the assembling-type cabin 1 has a two-layer structure which consists of an outer layer made of corrugated cardboard and an inner layer made of foamed buffer material. The aforesaid hollow space T is surrounded with only the foamed buffer material of the inner layer of the walls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造を簡素化しつつ壁の傾きを防止することが可能な、また、組み立てに係る作業性を向上させることも可能な、組み立て式キャビン及びその組み立て式キャビンの組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】組み立て式キャビン1は、相対向する一対の第一壁3と、この一対の第一壁3に跨るように形成される第二壁4とを少なくとも備えて全体が中空Tの略四角柱形状に形成される。第二壁4は、一対の第一壁3における同じ位置の所定角部に対しこの所定角部を挟む二辺にそれぞれ着脱自在に係合するように形成される。第二壁4は、一対の第一壁3の所定角部の位置でL字状に折り曲げ可能な形状に形成される。組み立て式キャビン1を構成する複数種の壁は、それぞれの壁外層が段ボールにて形成されるとともに壁内層が発泡緩衝材にて形成される二層構造を有する。上記中空Tの部分は、壁内層の発泡緩衝材のみで囲まれて形成される。【選択図】図1
