The invention relates to a reinforced concrete frame beam column secondary connecting structure and a construction process thereof. The secondary connecting structure comprises a frame column, wherein an upper row of embedded anchoring steel bars and a lower row of embedded anchoring steel bars are arranged in the frame column; straight thread steel sleeves are arranged at the end parts of the embedded anchoring steel bars; the end parts of the straight thread steel sleeves are flush with the outer side surface of the frame column; a frame beam is arranged on one side, corresponding to the straight thread steel sleeves, of the frame column; an upper row of frame beam longitudinal bars and a lower row of frame beam longitudinal bars are arranged in the frame beam; the end parts of the frame beam longitudinal bars are exposed out of the frame beam; and the exposed end parts of the upper row of frame beam longitudinal bars and the lower row of frame beam longitudinal bars are respectively inserted into the straight thread steel sleeves at the end parts of the upper row of embedded anchoring steel bars and the lower row of embedded anchoring steel bars. The reinforced concrete frame beam column secondary connecting structure and the construction process thereof can solve the problems of weak safety, weak reliability and weak durability in the beam column connection in a traditional bar planting method.
