The invention discloses a frame column and reinforced concrete beam connecting structure and a construction method thereof. The frame column and reinforced concrete beam connecting structure comprises a frame column and a reinforced concrete beam; a steel bar anchoring box is arranged on the side, close to the reinforced concrete beam, of the frame column and corresponds to the upper portion of the reinforced concrete beam. The tops of the steel bar anchoring boxes are provided with sockets; the ends, close to the frame columns, of the beam upper longitudinal bars are bent downwards by 90 degrees to form inserting sections. The insertion section is inserted into the steel bar anchoring box, and the insertion depth is not smaller than 8 times of the nominal diameter of the upper longitudinal bar of the beam; the steel bar anchoring box is filled with high-strength ductile mortar; connecting pieces are arranged on the side surfaces, close to one sides of the reinforced concrete beams, of the frame columns and correspond to longitudinal bars at the lower parts of the beams; the beam lower longitudinal bars are fixedly connected with the connecting pieces; the beam concrete is poured on the outer side of the beam steel reinforcement framework. The technical problem that a traditional beam-column joint cannot reduce the construction difficulty and the construction complexity on the premise that the joint internal force transmission reliability, the joint bearing resistance and the joint shear bearing resistance are good is solved.
