Composite fireproof door core and manufacturing process thereof
The invention discloses a composite fireproof door core and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that two mixtures are weighed according to mass components; the first mixture and the second mixture are evenly stirred through a stirrer; the first mixture is subjected to cold press molding through a cold press to form an inner door core layer; the second mixture with the same thickness is placed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner door core layer, cold pressing is conducted again, and a complete door core is formed; the surface door core layer of the door core in the step S4 is baked up and down at the same time, the temperature of the surface door core layer is controlled to range from 600 DEG C to 1100 DEG C, and the baking time ranges from 10min to 15min; and the complete door core is obtained after natural cooling. Through the arrangement, the door core can be rapidly formed and has good structural performance, meanwhile, after high-temperature baking, the interior of the surface door core layer and the surface of the surface door core layer generate a glass reaction to generate evenly-distributed glass components, and the structural strength and fireproof performance of the door core are further improved.
本发明公开了一种复合防火门芯及其制造工艺,包括以下步骤;根据质量组分称量出两种混合料;分别通过搅拌机对第一种混合料和第二种混合料进行均匀搅拌;对第一种混合物通过冷压机进行冷压成型形成内门芯层;在内门芯层的上下各放置同等厚度的第二种混合物料,再次进行冷压,形成完整的门芯;对S4中门芯的表面门芯层同时上下进行烘烤,所述表面门芯层表面的温度控制在600‑1100℃,炙烤时间为10‑15min;自然冷却后便得到完整门芯。通过上述设置,该门芯能够快速成型,且具有良好的结构性能,同时在经过高温烘烤后,表面门芯层内和其表面产生玻璃反应生成了均匀分布的玻璃成分,进一步增加了门芯的结构强度和防火性能。
