Humidity-sensitive porous ceramic, atomizing core and preparation method thereof
The present invention provides a humidity-sensitive porous ceramic, an atomization core and a preparation method of the humidity-sensitive porous ceramic, the humidity-sensitive porous ceramic is prepared from a humidity-sensitive ceramic material, and the humidity-sensitive ceramic material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-30 parts of ZnCr2O4, 1-10 parts of ZnO, 1-50 parts of a pore forming agent and 1-10 parts of a sintering aid; the atomization core comprises a liquid guide body and a heating element, and the liquid guide body is made of humidity-sensitive porous ceramic; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing ZnO and Cr2O3 according to a molar ratio of 1: 1, grinding in a grinding device, drying, and presintering to obtain ZnCr2O4; (2) mixing ZnCr2O4 with ZnO, a pore forming agent and a sintering aid, grinding and drying to obtain mixed powder; (3) heating paraffin, and adding the mixed powder while stirring to obtain paraffin slurry; (4) injecting the paraffin slurry into a mold, and molding to obtain a wax mold; (5) dewaxing to obtain a dewaxed sample; and (6) putting the wax-removed sample into a furnace, and sintering in a protective atmosphere to obtain the humidity-sensitive porous ceramic.
本发明的湿敏多孔陶瓷、雾化芯及其制备方法,湿敏多孔陶瓷由湿敏陶瓷材料制成,所述湿敏陶瓷材料按重量份包括如下组分:1‑30份ZnCr2O4,1‑10份ZnO,1‑50份造孔剂,1‑10份烧结助剂;雾化芯包括导液体和发热元件,导液体由湿敏多孔陶瓷制成;制备方法包括步骤:⑴将ZnO与Cr2O3按照摩尔比1:1混合,放入研磨装置中研磨,然后烘干,预烧制成ZnCr2O4;⑵将ZnCr2O4与ZnO、造孔剂、烧结助剂混合,研磨干燥得到混合粉料;⑶将石蜡加热,边搅拌边加入混合粉料,得到石蜡浆料;⑷将石蜡浆料注入模具中,成型后得到蜡模;⑸进行除蜡得到除蜡样;⑹将除蜡样放入炉中并在保护气氛中进行烧结得到湿敏多孔陶瓷。
