The invention provides a cast-in-place concrete pile vertical uplift static load test counter-force device. The cast-in-place concrete pile vertical uplift static load test counter-force device comprises a chassis, steel partition plates, a steel bar anchorage device, a top disc, finish rolling deformed steel bars and finish rolling connectors, wherein the chassis comprises two chassis cross beams arranged in parallel and two chassis connecting beams which are perpendicularly fixed to form a square shape; the steel bar anchorage device is used for locking cast-in-place pile top reserved steel bars to the top faces of the adjacent steel partition plates one by one; the top disc comprises two top disc cross beams, two top disc connecting beams which are perpendicularly fixed to form a square shape, a plurality of top disc steel partition plates and a top disc counter-force beam; the two ends of the top disc steel partition plates are fixed to the lower portions of the two top disc cross beams correspondingly; the counter-force beam is perpendicularly fixed to the lower ends of the middles of the top disc steel partition plates; the chassis and the top disc are connected through the finish rolling deformed steel bars; and the finish rolling connectors are arranged at the two ends of the finish rolling deformed steel bars. According to the cast-in-place concrete pile vertical uplift static load test counter-force device, detachable splicing connection is adopted, lifting lugs are arranged, and lifting and transporting are facilitated; and assembling and disassembling are fast on a construction site test site, welding is avoided in the whole process, and the detection efficiency can be greatly improved.
本发明提供混凝土灌注桩竖向抗拔静载试验反力装置,包括底盘、钢隔板、钢筋锚具、顶盘、精轧螺纹钢、精轧连接器;所述底盘包括两条平行设置的底盘横梁与两条垂直固定成方形的底盘连接梁;所述钢筋锚具用于将灌注桩顶预留钢筋逐一锁紧在相邻钢隔板顶面;所述顶盘包括两条顶盘横梁与两条垂直固定成方形的顶盘连接梁、若干顶盘钢隔板和一条顶盘反力梁,若干顶盘钢隔板的两端分别固定在顶盘两条横梁下方,反力梁垂直固定在顶盘若干钢隔板中部下端;所述底盘、顶盘通过精轧螺纹钢连接,所述精轧连接器设在精轧螺纹钢的两端。本装置采用可拆卸的拼装连接,且设置有吊耳,便于起吊运输;在工地试验现场组装及拆卸快捷,全程免焊接,能够大大提高检测效率。
