Anti-pulling counter-force device for cast-in-place concrete pile
The invention discloses a concrete cast-in-place pile anti-pulling counter-force device which comprises a circular counter-force steel plate, a limiting hole is formed in the circular counter-force steel plate, a cast-in-place pile steel bar is led into a movable screw sleeve through the limiting hole, an external screw is arranged on the movable screw sleeve, and the cast-in-place pile steel bar is fixed by screwing down the external screw; a counter-force steel column arranged upwards is arranged at the circle center of the circular counter-force steel plate, the counter-force steel column penetrates through the counter-force beam, a movable compass is arranged on the counter-force column, the movable compass can move up and down, adjust and adapt to the height of the counter-force beam and provide counter-force for the counter-force beam, and a circular steel base plate is arranged between the movable compass and the counter-force beam. The device overcomes the defects that a traditional counter-force device needs to be welded, concrete reinforcements are not evenly stressed, the cable-stayed phenomenon occurs, the reinforcements are prone to being snapped, and the test cannot be normally carried out. According to the device, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, the detection cost is reduced, and the anchor pile is prevented from being damaged due to non-uniform local stress.
本发明公开了一种混凝土灌注桩抗拔反力装置,包括圆形反力钢板,所述圆形反力钢板上设有限位孔,灌注桩钢筋通过限位孔引入到活动螺丝套管内,活动螺丝套管上设有外部螺丝,通过拧紧外部螺丝固定灌注桩钢筋;所述圆形反力钢板圆心处设有向上设置的反力钢柱,反力钢柱穿过反力梁,反力柱上设置活动罗盘,活动罗盘可上下活动,调节适应反力梁的高度,并为反力梁提供反力,活动罗盘与反力梁之间设置一块圆形钢垫板。本装置克服了传统的反力装置需要焊接,混凝土钢筋受力不均匀,出现斜拉现象,导致钢筋易被拉断而造成试验不能正常进行的现象。该装置大大提高了检测效率,而且降低了检测成本,避免了锚桩因局部受力不均匀而造成损伤。
