The invention discloses an integrated rainwater cross-cutting ditch structure for a tunnel portal. First concrete layers are arranged on the two sides of a cross-cutting ditch respectively, first connecting ribs are arranged on the first concrete layers and anchored into a concrete floor, notches are formed in the tops of the first concrete layers, rainwater grates are arranged at the notches, second connecting ribs are reserved at the notches of the first concrete layers, and the first concrete layers are fixedly connected with the rainwater grates through the second connecting ribs. The wear resistance of concrete on the two sides of the cross-cutting ditch is improved, rolling damage is prevented, meanwhile, the side walls have a good supporting and blocking effect on pavement structure layers on the two sides, and local damage to the pavement structure layers is prevented; the phenomenon of vehicle jumping at the cross-cutting ditch is effectively reduced, the driving comfort is enhanced, meanwhile, damage to the cross-cutting ditch is reduced, and operation and management are facilitated.
