Concrete member connecting piece
The invention provides a novel concrete member connecting piece. The novel concrete member connecting piece is composed of a male side embedded part and a female side embedded part. Each embedded part is mainly composed of a connecting part, a force transmission part and an anchoring part. Under the condition that the anchoring parts and the force transmission parts are kept unchanged, the connecting head parts of the male side embedded part can be in different shapes according to the using conditions and the splicing level of a construction unit, and the design of the connecting piece is rapid. Corresponding grooves can be formed in the corresponding female side embedded part according to the allowance allowed by construction. The anchoring parts meet the stress requirement and the requirement for reducing the mass of the embedded parts, and the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the anchoring parts are in inwards-concave shapes. According to the novel concrete member connecting piece, in order to facilitate splicing, the convex head parts and the groove parts of the connecting parts are designed to be in the shape that one end is large and the other end is small, and certain taper is achieved. By using the concrete member connecting piece, automation and rapidness of concrete block connection can be achieved.
一种新型混凝土构件连接件,由雄侧预埋件与雌侧预埋件两个组件构成。预埋件主要由连接部、传力部、锚固部三部分组成。在保持锚固部与传力部不变的情况下,雄侧预埋件连接头部可根据使用条件、施工单位的拼装水平选用不同的形状,实现连接件设计的快速化。对应的雌侧预埋件可根据施工允许的余量形成对应的凹槽。锚固部根据受力的需要,同时兼顾减轻预埋件质量的需要,上下表面为内凹的形状。为了方便拼装,连接部的凸头部与凹槽部设计为“一头大另一头小”的形状,具有一定的锥度。通过该混凝土构件连接件的使用,可实现混凝土块连接的自动化,快速化。
