The invention discloses a mining foundation bolt which comprises a threaded rod, an anchoring block, an anchoring force enhancing device and an adjusting nut. The lower end of the threaded rod penetrates through the middle of the anchoring block and is connected with the anchoring block, the upper end of the threaded rod penetrates through the adjusting nut and is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut, one end of the anchoring force enhancing device is hinged to the anchoring block, and the other end of the anchoring force enhancing device is connected with the bottom of the adjusting nut. The invention further discloses a mounting and using method of the mine foundation bolt. The mining foundation bolt can be well suitable for the fixing mode of the foundation bolt of underground coal mine equipment, the bearing capacity is high, and normal work and production safety of the underground equipment are guaranteed.
