The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent terminal building. The intelligent terminal building comprises a building body and an aircraft scheduling system, the aircraft scheduling system comprises a first detection module, a driving module and a scheduling center. The first detection module is used for detecting whether an aircraft lands on the carrying platform or not, and if yes, a first signal is sent to the dispatching center; after the dispatching center allocates a hangar to the aircraft according to the first signal, the driving module drives the carrying platform to transport the aircraft to the hangar, and after the dispatching center receives a flight task, the flight task is sent to the dispatching center; and the driving module drives the carrying platform to transport the aircraft executing the flight task from the hangar to a specified parking apron. The intelligent terminal building provided by the embodiment of the invention has low requirements on sites and manpower, and is of great significance to the development of urban flight traffic.
