The invention discloses an intelligent building visual visitor intercom terminal, which comprises an intercom terminal device, an alarm and a package box; the intercom terminal device is fixedly installed on the right side surface of a wall body, a left-right through cavity is formed in the wall body, the package box is fixedly arranged between the inner walls of the through cavity, and a packagecavity is formed in the package box; and an automatic control cabinet mechanism which can be controlled by the intercom terminal device to store and obtain packages is arranged between the package boxand the wall body. According to the intelligent building visual visitor intercom terminal, under the function that normal intelligent visual intercom is provided for controlling opening and closing of a building door, express or take-out packages can be loaded and conveyed through the automatic control cabinet mechanism, the safety of a resident for receiving a package sent by a stranger is effectively improved, and the emergency power supply can be controlled to be installed and replaced through the power supply adjusting mechanism when the power supply in the intercom terminal device is insufficient.
