Pressing rods in limiting holes in parallel rods are pressed downwards through pedals, when the pressing rods move downwards, inserting plates can be moved downwards and can be inserted into soil, a direction of the device can be fixed through a direction plate, the parallel rods can be fixed through a fixing ring, stability of the device is kept, after the device is well inserted, and a protection tube can be buried at a root system of a plant.
