The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a waterproof raw material stirring device. The device comprises an outer barrel, wherein a powder discharging structure is fixedly installed on the inner upper portion of the outer barrel; a middle cylinder is fixedly installed in the middle of the powder discharging structure; an inner groove is formed in the inner lower portion of the middle cylinder; a driving structure is movably installed in the inner groove; and a large gear ring and a middle connecting column are fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the driving structure. According to the waterproof raw material stirring device, powdery raw materials are poured into a powder bin at a time; then through rotation of an inner stirring structure, one end of a rotating plate can be jacked up when a jacking block touches the rotating plate in the process of rotation, and therefore, powder in the powder bin can fall into a stirring barrel from a gap opened by the rotating plate and then is mixed and stirred with water in the stirring barrel; and thus, the powder can fall in a small quantity many times, and an excellent raw material stirring effect can be achieved.
