Novel elevator hanging box for building construction
The invention relates to a novel elevator hanging box for building construction. The novel elevator hanging box comprises a hanging box body, driving assemblies and an auxiliary driving mechanism. A containing groove is formed in the hanging box body, the containing groove is used for containing a standard knot, racks are arranged on the two sides of the standard knot, the two sides of the containing groove are each provided with one driving assembly, and the auxiliary driving mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the hanging box body. In the actual construction and use process, when a heavy object needs to ascend and descend, the heavy object can be moved into the hanging box body, then the driving assemblies are operated to drive the hanging box body to ascend and descend on the standard knot, meanwhile, linear driving pieces are operated to support the hanging box body, meanwhile, buffering foot supports are driven by torsional springs to continuously provide power for ascending of the hanging box body, and therefore extra power can be provided for the elevator hanging box when the elevator hanging box is started to ascend during cargo loading, the situation that starting is too slow due to the insufficient elevator torque is avoided, and the service life of the driving assemblies is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种新型建筑施工用升降机吊箱,包括吊箱本体、驱动组件和辅助驱动机构,吊箱本体上设置有放置槽,放置槽用于容纳标准节,标准节的两侧均设置有齿条,放置槽的两侧分别设置有一驱动组件,吊箱本体底部设置有辅助驱动机构;在实际施工使用过程中,当需要对重物进行升降时,可将重物搬移至吊箱本体内部,随后运行驱动组件,使驱动组件带动吊箱本体在标准节上进行升降,同时运行直线驱动件,使直线驱动件将吊箱本体撑起,同时缓冲脚撑在扭簧的带动下继续为吊箱本体的上升提供动力,由此能够为升降机吊箱在载货进行起步上升时提供额外的动力,避免升降机扭矩不足起步过慢,并且延长驱动组件的使用寿命。
