The invention relates to a method for preparing a silicon nitride ceramic biscuit through environment-friendly gel casting. The method comprises the following process steps: (1) pretreating silicon nitride powder; (2) preparing a gel solution; (3) preparing silicon nitride ceramic slurry; and (4) preparing a silicon nitride biscuit. The silicon nitride ceramic biscuit is prepared by adding the dispersing agent, the adhesive and the initiator into the silicon nitride powder material under proper conditions through gel casting, the volume ratio of the solid content of the system can reach 55%, the forming precision is high, the biscuit strength is high, the compactness of the prepared silicon nitride ceramic reaches 99%, and the silicon nitride ceramic is uniform in structure, free of cracks, simple in preparation process, environment-friendly and low in cost, and the forming process is greatly simplified.
本发明涉及一种环保型凝胶注模成型制备氮化硅陶瓷素坯的方法，所述方法包括以下工艺步骤：(1)氮化硅粉体预处理；(2)凝胶溶液配制；(3)氮化硅陶瓷浆料配制；(4)氮化硅素坯的制备。本发明通过对氮化硅粉末材料通过添加分散剂、胶粘剂、引发剂在适当的条件下凝胶注模制备氮化硅陶瓷的素坯，本体系可以是固含量的体积比达到55％，成型精度高，素坯强度高，所制备的氮化硅陶瓷的致密度达到99％，结构均匀，无裂纹，制备工艺简单，环保，成本低，极大简化成型工艺。
