Stay cable beam end auxiliary pressure anchor method
The invention discloses a stay cable beam end auxiliary pressure anchor method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a synthetic fiber flat lifting belt with the proper tonnage is selected; secondly, a fixing rope is bound at the designed position of the cable body of the stay cable to serve as a temporary fixing point of a lifting belt; thirdly, the lifting belts are evenly wound on the stay cable body in a crossed mode from the middle, the lifting belts are not turned over during winding, and pre-tightening is conducted; fourthly, two end connecting points of the wound lifting belt are connected with a pulley block; and fifthly, the steel wire rope on the pulley block is tightened, the stay cable tensioning end anchorage device is pulled into the beam end anchoring point for anchoring, and stay cable beam end pressure anchoring is completed. The synthetic fiber flat lifting belt is adopted as a force transmission component between the stay cable and the pulley block during beam end anchor pressing, the safety risk caused by the fact that a traditional lock clamp is prone to loosening and sliding and possible damage to PE of the stay cable caused by a hard lock clamp are avoided, the weight of an operation tool is reduced, and the safety degree during stay cable installation is increased.
本发明公开了一种斜拉索梁端辅助压锚的方法,包括如下步骤:第一步,选择合适吨位的合成纤维扁平吊装带;第二步,在斜拉索索体设计好的位置绑扎固定绳,作为吊装带的临时固定点;第三步,将吊装带由中部开始均匀交叉地缠绕于斜拉索索体上,缠绕时吊装带不翻转,并进行预紧;第四步,将缠绕后的吊装带的两个端部连接点与滑车组连接;第五步,收紧滑车组上的钢丝绳,将斜拉索张拉端锚具拉入梁端锚固点锚固,完成斜拉索梁端压锚。本发明采用合成纤维扁平吊装带作为梁端压锚时斜拉索及滑车组之间的传力构件,解决传统锁夹易松动滑移造成的安全风险以及硬质锁夹可能对斜拉索PE造成的伤害,简化操作工具的重量,增加斜拉索安装时候的安全度。
